Terms of Trade & Return Policy

* Returns: We are happy to refund any full, unopened box returned within 14 days of purchase that are accompanied by the original invoice.All sales are final for items marked “clearance”or “End of line”. Please be sure to choose goods carefully before placing your order.

* Quantities:It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure flooring/tiles to complete your area. We cannot guarantee further supply of the same batch/product.

* Quality & Warranty: we are happy to give warranty on the product only. It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to of flooring & tiles before installation to make sure no issues with the product,we hold no responsibility check the quality after the flooring & tiles after been installed.

* Deposit: You will be required to pay 40% deposit for order, and pay in full within 14 days if you want us to hold the goods for an extended period. 20% of total amount will be applied as compensation for loss of sales, if you simply change your mind or your circumstances have, Changed after 14 days of order.

* Ownership: all goods remain the property of Value and Flooring until paid in full.
